Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Offshore Launch provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client:

The Client is a farm-to-table grocery service in Texas.
The business specializes in local food sourcing, and serving customers food that was grown and raised by local farmers and ranchers.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative full-time video editor. You will work directly with the marketing team with an explicit goal to go viral on Instagram and reach as many target customers as possible.

Responsibilities:

- Short-Form Video Creation: Create engaging short-form videos from raw footage and design elements.
- Produce 10 to 15 fully edited videos weekly with the aim of going viral.
- Ads: Develop visual ads using in-house content and user-generated content
- Visual storytelling for social: Master visual storytelling techniques for social media engagement
- Script into a visual story: Understand how to take scripts and turn them into visual stories.
- Crawl the web for b-roll: Know how to find b-roll that adds value to a script.
- Understand US pop culture: When appropriate, use pop culture visual references to elevate a story.

Requirements:

- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Skilled in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info for feedback integration.
- Willingness to undergo multiple revisions for optimal video quality.
- Strong storytelling abilities

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

- $600 - $900 depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
