JOB OVERVIEW

This is a full-time position and working schedule will be discussed during the onboarding.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and follow the daily Production Team’s priorities
- Review, understand, and follow the standard specifications for the show and host
- Raise immediate awareness if something submitted does not meet with the standard specifications or regular practices of the client or show
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence as needed
- Input bumpers, music, dialogues, graphics and effects as needed
- Create rough and final cuts as needed
- Ensure logical sequencing, global template adjustments, processing recommendations, and smooth running so anyone on the Team can produce the best, most efficient results
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process when questions arise or unusual creative decisions need to be made
- Complete change requests from clients and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with a sense of urgency
- Continuously discover, test, and recommend implementation of new AI editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven working experience in audio and video editing
- Experience using Descript or similar AI-assisted editing software
- Assertive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills (what will you do if…)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines and work in fast-paced environment
- Continual learner - open to learning new techniques and processes due to new AI technology and company protocols
- Able to work under tight deadlines across many teams with quickly shifting priorities
- Takes direction well and follows standard operating procedures
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and works well with a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Training & Mentorship will be lead by A/V Team Lead, Special Projects Manager, and the US Operations Manager
