**Basis Salary:** The basis salary for this position is 700$ per month. There is also an possible bonus each quarter.
- You will be paid weekly in the trial period (1st month)
**Experience:** It’s expected you have >3 years of experience with Editing Content to Social Media.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
- Editing podcasts and videoes for our clients, based on the project drafts.
- Be in close communication with the team.
- Deliver finished projects to our Platform Manager.
How will you be interacting with the team?
- **???? Slack:** Daily communication
- **???? Monthly Status Meetings**: Once a month we’ll have a monthly status meeting, where the latest month is being evaluated and the goals for the upcoming month are being presented.
- **???? Yearly vacation:** Once a year the whole organization will meet in a specific country and place, where we will stay for a couple of days to enjoy, meeting eachother and having fun
### Compensations Increases **????**
We are not a company, where we can tell you that if your achieve XYZ we’ll give you a promotion to XYZ title and that will result in an annual base salary raise of X% **??**
We are a tiny and rapidly growing company.
We do our best to measure the impact each team member has on the bottom line and give raises accordingly.

- Monday I 09:00 - 17:00
- Tuesdag I 09:00 - 17:00
- Wednesday I 09:00 - 17:00
- Thursday I 09:00 - 17:00
- Friday I 09:00 - 17:00
Because of your close communication with the team, it is important that you are available in these times. You are working ‘Remote’ and we don’t care whether you are at home or somewhere else, as long as you are helding your deadlines.
Vacation

- There is no limit on sick days.
- We always recommend you to held vacation to re-charge your batteries.
