VA/Real Estate Listing Appointment Setter/Buyers Assistance

Business in need of listings and qualified buyers. I need someone who is an expert with Expired and FSBO (For Sale by Owner) leads. Must be able to convert leads into appointment and sales. Also, looking for a VA to assist with phone calls.
