I'm a tech entrepreneur who managed 10 Airbnb and long-term properties in the US. I seek a highly organized and efficient personal assistant, and QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience are a plus. My ideal candidate is someone who likes a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills.
The role has flexible hours. This is NOT 9-5 ET job. The person can build his own schedule while being responsible for being available when vendors and guests need help. There could be downtime during some weekdays, but it could need to answer guests over the weekend (all over the Airbnb app).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of guests, cleaners, and vendors, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the Airbnb websites with content.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the properties, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Be super organized with documents, each prosperity need, insurance banks, etc.
- Plus - Handle bank reconciliation tasks in QuickBooks online, including invoicing, expense tracking, and report generation.
- Communicate effectively with the Airbnb guests and vendors, mostly over the phone in text messages
- Assist and undertake other project management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Trello.

There will be almost no incoming calls, mostly out
Most communication will be over text messages, WhatsApp and Airbnb app
