Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring customer inquiries and staff needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Oversee the scheduling and booking of cleaning appointments with precision.
Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish), predominantly for internal communications with our Spanish-speaking staff.
Navigate CRM software to log interactions and maintain organized client and staff records.
Conduct client follow-ups and send reminders to ensure a seamless service experience.
