I'm looking for a self-starting, motivated VA with WordPress content management experience and some basic SEO tasks. Must be very experienced in the WordPress Dashboard, Block Editor (Gutenberg), Advanced Custom Fields data entry into custom post types, taxonomy terms, light image resizing and exporting in Photoshop, uploading images to WordPress, copying and pasting URLs, and the Divi Theme.

This job involves content entry for a directory site using a spreadsheet to correlate and add content, images, and video URLs from an existing website to ACF data fields in custom posts on a new portion of the live website. The content you enter will be checked for accuracy, exported from the content entry "sandbox" site, and imported into the live website. There will be an emphasis on content consistency and quality when content is added to fields from post to post (i.e. addresses formatted consistently and correctly, correct text case and spelling, etc.)

I will provide documentation and one-on-one in-person training to guide you through the entire process of adding new posts. You will have support froUpgrade to see actual info when you have questions. But you will also need to be resourceful in first searching out answers before asking for support or confirmation of how to proceed.

Payment will occur once per week on Friday until the project is finished. You will use Timeproof to track hours as you work.
