JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

Looking for Virtual Assistant o work with leading insurance brokerage in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Placing insurance policies for new and existing clients.
Keeping track of renewals on existing policies and ensuring renewals are done in timely manner.

70% of Job Components:
Insurance brokering administration
• Sourcing quotes from insurance companies for clients
Emailing quotes to clients
• Generating invoices through invoicing system
Emailing policy registers to clients including policy documents and invoices
• Filing emails in document management system
• Entering invoices in MYOB for accounting

20% of Job Component
Social Media
• Sending Newsletters through MailChimp
• Assist in Course Creation through ChatCGP
• Manage Calendar using Calendly
• Post Facebook Posts/Ads
• Post LinkedIn Posts
• Assist in Website management.
• Assist in Internet Research

10% of Job Component
Call Centre
• Calling Clients - VOIP

TRAINING INCLUDED
Previous experience in Insurance is preferred.
Previous experience of working with Australian business preferred
