We are a growing residential builder in Sydney seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to support our team for 20 - 40 hours per week. This role requires expertise in administrative tasks, SEO optimization, and graphic design. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative duties, implementing SEO strategies, and creating visually compelling graphics to enhance our brand presence. We have 3 Filipino employees and we treat them as a Family.

Responsibilities:
• Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Social media video editing and creation (Social Media Posts, Reels, YouTube thumbnails etc.)
• Design engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media and marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management, email correspondence, and document organisation.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, with proficiency in admin tasks, SEO, and graphic design.
• Comprehensive CANVA skills and other graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite to make eye-catching designs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WordPress (Themes, Plugins, Content Management, and Performance optimisation)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Open to grow and learn - Always picking up new skills in digital marketing and tech.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics. (Traffic Analysis, Audience Analysis, Site speed analysis etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team.
