VA Recruiter/Manager

Looking for a task oriented recruiter with a keen eye for talent!
As a talented and savvy local virtual assistant your ongoing task will be to source, recruit, manage hire and fire the virtual assistants we require to grow our real estate business.
Your on-going position will be to execute the ideas of the growth advisor in our company by finding the correct VA's to carry out our needed tasks. Some VA's you hire will be full time and others will be project based. The wage salary/hours will increase as the relationship develops. We are looking for an experienced partner on the ground to grow with.
