Responsibilities:
* Check and ensure the client's, host’s, and guest’s information is correct.
* Notify management, CSR, Success, and/or the respective team when an error is spotted.
* Work closely with editing teams to provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to process, training, and the work itself.
* Efficiently manage tasks and adhere to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Meticulously examine edited files to check for errors and inaccuracies that others might have overlooked. Act as the eyes and ears of the host/client.
* Maintain focus and deliver exceptional results in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications:
* Rigorous regular review of SOPs because they are updated continually
* Strong focus and attention to detail skills
* Excellent grasp of English language including grammar, spelling, and syntax
* Independent thinking and communication - when you see something that doesn’t seem right, review it, question it, and bring it to the attention of management
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Integrity - do what you commit to do, on-time and with high quality
