VA Manager

We are a short term rental company with operations in the US. We work in 4 states and 8 cities and manage a growing portfolio of 27 homes. We have two full-time VAs in Pakistan.

Your job:
TEAM MANAGEMENT
-Utilizing tech tools (described below), manage the daily work flow of our VAs.
-Review work marked complete in Monday to ensure that each job has been done thoroughly and completely.
-Provide follow-up on missed tasks, while also identifying places where our processes are poorly defined and requiring further training or documentation ("fix the process, not the person").
-Look for and identify opportunities to improve company processes utilizing readily available technology solutions.
-Attend, and then lead teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings (we have a weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting, weekly reviews meeting, and weekly maintenance meeting).

MAINTENANCE COORDINATION
-Dispatch existing maintenance contractors to resolve outstanding maintenance issues.
-Assist in research to find new maintenance contractors to solve issues where we have holes in the team.
-Report on outstanding maintenance tasks weekly.
-Setup Breezeway for maintenance management.

HOUSEKEEPING MANAMGENT
-Finish setting up, and then serve as administrator of Breezeway.
-Setup and improve checklists to make sure we are documenting completion of the right tasks (this is a balance!).
-Setup supply management in Breezeway, as this is a place that our housekeepers struggle, creating supply emergencies.

SOPS
-Review and update SOPs to reflect our current processes.
-Work with the current team to record Loom videos documenting our processes.
