If you love writing (really about anything) and are detail-oriented, we’re looking for you! We are a dynamic media company seeking a Content Writer/Editor for the editorial production of our various websites of different verticles.

Work Mode: Freelance, Work Remotely

We are seeking for a highly detail-oriented and proficient Content Writer/Editor Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including meticulously planning, creating, reviewing and refining article to ensure accuracy and adherence to our editorial standards, article categorization, and some ad-hoc tasks that might be given.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling digital content for our websites with topics provided and specific tools as required
- Work closely with the team manager to provide constructive feedback on articles and suggest improvements
- Maintain a consistent tone and quality of the websites' published articles
- Work with minimal supervision and adhere to deadlines
- Assist and perform other editorial duties as required

Skills & Experience:
- Possess an avid passion for writing
- Possess strong editing and sub-editing skills
- Must be detail-oriented and adept at checking copy and layouts with a good track record for accuracy
- Must be good in time management and be fast in writing and editing
- Preferably with experience in editorial production processes from research to final material production;
- Preferably with SEO knowledge
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered first.

Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot minor errors and inconsistencies others might overlook.
- Strong Command of English: Excellent grasp of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and syntax.
- Mindfulness: A thoughtful and considerate approach to all tasks, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
- Hardworking Ethic: A commitment to putting in the effort required to achieve high-quality results.
- Ability to Work Under Stress: Proven capacity to maintain focus and deliver exceptional results in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong and stable internet connection
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with current technologies, like ChatGPT
- Expected to be contactable during working hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT)

Take Note:
- Your employment is subject to your performance
- At least 40 hours per week; You are required to hit our minimum target weekly.
- We will use any of these tools for communication: Email, Skype, Zoom and/or Whatsapp
- Salary will be paid through Paypal at the end of the month. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- This role is output based.
