VA Assistant with Accounting Experience

Hey!

I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant with the potential to go full time. We are an accounting firm that works with English speakers. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

We would start with relatively limited hours (I anticipate around 10-15 per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.

Tasks could include:

- Help with accounting and bookkeeping including reconciliations
- Help with certain client tasks and delivery
- Help with lead generation
- Help with creating marketing posts and emails
- Social-media management projects

QuickBooks and accounting experience is a must. Also, applicants should be well versed in using Facebook, adept with Canva, and have used LinkedIn Sales Navigator previously. Or, at the very least, willing to learn how to use them =).

Please note, you must be available to work during American business hours.
