This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle all sorts of administrative, business, and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• With previous experience as an admin
• Managing the ClickUp board
• Organizing content operations file
• Familiar how to do keyword research
• Good communication skills
• With experience in communicating with clients through CRM
• With SEO background is a plus
• Creating reports for client
• With experience using ClickUp is a plus
• Familiar how to use Webflow (advantage)
• Fluent in the English language

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research skills and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for information gathering.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
A basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
