Job Overview:
The User-Generated Content (UGC) Coordinator for our Arbitrage business will play a critical role in developing and implementing content strategies that capitalize on market trends and competitor insights. This position requires a creative and strategic individual capable of creating engaging content that drives user interest and conversions. The UGC Coordinator will be responsible for producing, modifying, and enhancing content to align with our promotional goals and target audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:
Create and curate engaging content based on competitive analysis, including videos, images, and text.
Adapt and transform existing content from competitors, making it unique and aligned with our brand using techniques such as re-editing, adding text overlays, and incorporating new audio elements.
Use stock footage effectively and extract relevant parts from competitor videos for repurposing in our campaigns.

Rapid Content Production:
Quickly produce high-quality, short video content suitable for advertising campaigns.
Ensure a fast turnaround on content creation to keep up with market dynamics and campaign schedules.
Analysis and Strategy:
Analyze competitor content and market trends to understand what drives engagement and conversions.
Apply insights from analysis to enhance content effectiveness, focusing on user engagement and conversion optimization.

Team Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather input and understand detailed content requirements.
Ensure all content is produced according to the specifications and strategic direction provided by different teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, particularly in video production and editing.
Strong ability to analyze competitors and market trends to inform content strategies.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to modify existing content into something new and engaging.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and requirement gathering.

Desirable Skills:
Experience in online advertising and understanding of how content drives user engagement and conversions.
Familiarity with rights management and ensuring content compliance with legal standards.
Ability to use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
