Urgently looking for a Development Project Manager!

We're hiring a detail-oriented Development Project Manager to lead our real estate projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must excel in project management, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project. They'll liaise with high-level consultants, including architects, engineers, and city planners, ensuring seamless coordination.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate projects across various development stages.
-Liaise with architects, engineers, utility companies, general contractors, and city staff.
-Coordinate bids for renovations and value engineer cost savings.
-Monitor all pay applications, including consultant invoices and construction pay applications.
-Track plan submissions to the city and manage plan check numbers.
-Provide updates and maintain tracking in Excel.
-Capture notes from city planners regarding concerns and mitigation strategies.
-Input contract details and valuations into pre-drafted contracts.
-Fill out scopes and valuations based on received bids and approved plans.
-Utilize digital tools for collaboration with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
-Proven project management experience in real estate development or construction.
-Familiarity with architectural plans and construction processes.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
-Ability to interpret architectural plans.
-Outstanding communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
-Experience in remote work, especially in international settings.
-Self-motivated and capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST.
