We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (FEMALE) to manage and enhance the online retail operations of our client in the E-Commerce sector. If you have a passion for e-commerce management, logistics, and order processing and have experience working with platforms such as Shopify, and WordPress, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Optimize product visibility.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to help shape future business strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Proven experience in an E-Commerce business environment.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in major e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WordPress, and familiarity with online payment gateways.
