Founder Flow is urgently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our rapid growth phase. Led by Kai, our passionate entrepreneur, Founder Flow is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through streamlined operations. Your Role:

Manage tasks in Asana with finesse, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
Take detailed notes during meetings and huddles, providing clear explanations and task briefs to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Assist in assigning tasks and ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities, keeping things moving at speed.
Review documents and procedures with meticulous attention to detail, providing support and guidance to clients as needed.
Support community engagement efforts within the Sunsetcrew community and beyond, embodying our values of connection and support.
