Orthorange is a pioneering company dedicated to revolutionizing the diagnosis and treatment of neck and cervical spine issues through Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Our innovative product, Orthorange, aims to provide precise, objective, and reproducible measurements of cervical spine mobility, coupled with engaging, interactive therapeutic exercises to enhance patient motivation and therapy outcomes.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team and help bring Orthorange to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with VR technologies, and a passion for creating impactful healthcare solutions. Orthorange is an application designed to operate on Meta Quest 2 or 3 headsets. The application leverages the sensors within the Meta Quest to track and display various head movements, and it also incorporates engaging exercises to train and strengthen the neck muscles.

Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain the Orthorange VR application to measure head movements and create gamified neck exercises, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Android APK: Develop a simple application for smartphones to display the current measurements of the VR-Device.
Integration: Integrate advanced sensor technologies to accurately measure neck and cervical spine movements.
Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for code and APIs.

Experience:
Proven experience in software development (2+ years preferred).
Experience with VR development platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, C++, or JavaScript.
Experience connecting VR Application with Smartphone Application, exchanging data in real time.

An eye for detail and a focus on quality, especially important as we are developing medical applications.

Nice to have:
In the future we are planning to expand the project towards video-capture AI movement tracking. If you have experience in creating AI applications it would be a benefit.
