We're looking for another unicorn to join our team! Here are the details:

Responsibilities:
* Understanding hiring needs and planning sourcing strategies
* Responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting a diverse pool of external talent from multiple sources
* Developing and implementing Social Media Strategy, curating content, and increasing followers and engagement. Building strong networks to enhance candidate attraction campaigns.
* Searching and reaching out to potential candidates via social media and other channels to drive applications & engagement
* Utilizing multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, headhunters, and referrals to source qualified candidates
* Communicating with applicants to drive engagement
* Analyzing sourcing data to improve processes
* Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data
* Collaborating with teams and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes
* Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements and skills
* Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, or similar role, preferably within the VA industry.
* Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, including social media platforms, job boards
* Knowledgeable in social media, CRM, and executive assistant tasks (since these are the roles we hire for most often)
* Knowledgeable in Applicant Tracking Systems and Canva experience is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
