Position: UX/UI Figma Designer
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Job Type: Contract, Project-Based, Long-term
Location: Remote




Figma Graphic Designer/Web Designer Powerhouse Wanted. Seeking a talented and passionate web/figma designer to shape the visual identity, user interface, and user experience across the Upgrade to see actual info product line. With a small team and a new product, you will have flexibility to help craft intuitive, visually appealing, and brand-aligned website design to effectively communicate our messaging. Expand your capacity for moving fast and building awesome products and dive into custom agency software.

Role
As a web/figma designer, you’ll be using your Figma expertise to create beautiful and intuitive interfaces that seamlessly guide our users through their experience. You’ll also be plugging right into the development team helping to guide and implement the product, working closely with them to create and implement solutions, user flows, and crafting a unique and robust user experience.


Responsibilities
Create and translate wireframes into mockups using Figma
Develop a cohesive visuals for the Upgrade to see actual info website including UI elements.
Ensure intuitive navigation, seamless and overall positive user and service provider experience.
Work closely with the tech and management team to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
Maintain a strong knowledge of web design best practices, responsiveness and accessibility.


Requirements
2+ years of experience using Figma for wireframing, prototyping and creating design systems
Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and a great eye for detail.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them effectively.
Familiarity with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and CSS. Solid experience programming a bonus.
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and articulate design ideas.
A creative and proactive problem solver for refining user experiences.
Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.
Schedule will overlap during business hours with US hours, Pacific Time.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
C1+ English Skills, written and verbal communication.
