UX Designer / Responsive Web Designer

Esvoice, a cutting-edge financial management platform aimed at freelancers, and small businesses, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer / Responsive Web Designer to join our team. This role is critical in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the usability of our platform and support our goal of streamlining financial processes for our users.

Responsibilities:

Design and refine the user experience and interfaces across all digital platforms for Esvoice.
Create responsive design layouts and wireframes that adapt to any device, with a focus on mobile-first design.
Collaborate with the product team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
