(USA) Accounant - Full Financials

Our client is a building & construction company that specializes in designing & building warehouses, hospitals, & apartment buildings.

At present we are looking for a accountant who has experience using Acumatica accounting system and if had experience with the project management tool pro-core that would be a huge advantage for this role.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

- Full Function Accounts Payable
- Processing All The Invoices
- Ensuring All The Invoices Have PO Numbers & Are Signed Off Correctly For Contractors 25-30th Of The Month
- As Well As Processing All The General AP On A Weekly Base For Everyday Vendors
- Sending Off Cheques To The Contractors & Venders
- Accounts Receivable
- Send Out Statements & Invoices
- Trail Balance Print Off
- Any Other Small Accounts Roles That May Come Up
- IF you had experience with generating leads for clients that would be a massive advantage for this role, however not necessary.

Ideall, you will be someone who can assist the principal drive the business forward from the accounts side of things, you must have a strong personality and have excellent experience to be left alone to get on with the job. This position is a 20 hour per week role for the accounts but would lead to a 40 hour week if you had extra skills like lead generation or experience with Zapier, Notion, Pipedrive CRM systems (again not necessary)..
