JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional Healthcare Recruiter. You should have a solid background in healthcare and be familiar with the skills, experiences, and levels of expertise needed for the different vacancies, such as those for registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, CNAs, and HHAs in the UNITED STATES.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting: posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and interviewing candidates.

Responsibilities:
Identify and attract proficient healthcare professionals through various sourcing platforms and designed marketing strategies.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure consistent flow of potential hires.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidate alignment with job requirements.
Organize schedule interviews, job offers, and the onboarding procedure.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to review and update candidate data.
Consistently developing relationships and maintaining communication with candidates from initial sourcing through placement.
Address client and employee concerns in a positive and professional manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Must have at least 2 years of US healthcare recruitment experience
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and policies.
Knowledge of interviewing and assessment techniques for healthcare professionals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Suite, navigating CRM software and other recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently delivering recruitment targets.
