Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating job offers. Your goal will be to find the best talent that meets our clients' needs while providing a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- **Candidate Sourcing and Screening**: Identify, attract, and screen candidates.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Understand client needs and maintain strong relationships.
- **Interview Coordination**: Schedule and facilitate interviews.
- **Offer Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate terms and close job offers.
- **Recruitment Strategy Development**: Create strategies to meet client needs.
- **Candidate Experience Management**: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Competencies

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication in English. You must be in the TOP 1% of english fluency to be considered.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build relationships effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Skilled in negotiating employment terms.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Able to identify and solve recruitment challenges.
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of industry trends.
- **Organizational Skills**: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
- Must be able to work 8A MST to 5P MST
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and candidate databases.
- Proven track record of effective recruiting strategies and successful placements.
