US manufacturing/ Ecommerce company is looking for highly empathetic and experienced Customer Service Representative

* Full-time remote role
* Schedule: US Central Standard Timezone

Responsibilities:
> Manage and respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly across various channels
> Monitor and address customer product reviews and questions across all channels
> Assist customers with account and subscription management
> Handle returns, replacement orders, and refunds
> Administer CX software tools efficiently (Gorgias, Smartrr, Shopify, Okendo, Loyalty Lion, Deposco, ZenDesk, Amazon Seller Central)

Who You Are:
> Experienced w/ Smartrr, Gorgias, Shopify, Deposco, and Amazon Seller Central is a must
> Efficient and tech-savvy, navigating multiple software tools within 24 hours
> Empathetic communicator with a calm demeanor, especially with agitated customers
> Fast learner with a growth mindset, eager to automate routine tasks
> Independent problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity
> Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills
