DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and review adjusting journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage sales tax compliance, including timely filing and payment.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of 1099 forms.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.
Assist in year-end payroll procedures and reporting.
Provide assistance in preparing tax returns including follow up on tax-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Provide support in financial reporting and budgeting.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA is a PLUS!
5 years US accounting experience required
Proven experience in full cycle accounting
QuickBooks Online experience and certification required
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
