In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to their day to day Digital Marketing / Sales conversations efforts so they can focus more on higher impacting business activities.

As a Marketing/Sales Expert, you will be expected to:

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry
* Create engaging content for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and reach
* Utilize social media channels to generate leads and drives sales
* Engage with potential clients, build relationships, and effectively close deals
* Implement and manage CRM system (GHL) to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress
* Knowledgeable in using Xero software for efficient financial management and to streamline financial tracking and reporting

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

* CAN DO ATTITUDE
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Experience in SMM within the construction or related industry
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies
* Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated success is lead generation and conversion
* Proficiency in using CRM and familiarity in using Zero for financial management
