Meducators UK Sales Development Representative

*** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 10am to 3pm GMT (5pm- 10pm PHT) ***

Join Meducators UK, a pioneering educational service. We are dedicated to bringing hands-on school workshops and interview preparation services to secondary schools and colleges. Our unique offering includes in-person workshops conducted by doctors and trainee doctors, providing practical knowledge of medical equipment and theory application. In addition, we offer specialised interview preparation services for university applications.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting educational institutions with our valuable services. The primary responsibility of the SDR will be to respond to all enquiries promptly, aiming to book potential clients into workshop events or schedule calls with our founder. Additionally, the SDR will play a crucial role in making outbound calls to both cold and warm leads within the UK education system in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to all enquiries, striving to book potential clients into workshop events or schedule calls with the founder.
* Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads within the UK education system (in the future)
* Utilise HUBSPOT CRM effectively to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understand and convey complex medical and educational concepts effectively to potential clients. (We will train you)
* Collaborate with medical professionals and educators as needed to ensure successful sales outcomes.
* Engage with educational institutions and students to promote our workshops and services.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and client base.
* Work closely with medical professionals to tailor workshops to client needs.
* Track and report on sales activities and achievements.
* Participate in continuous training and development in medical education trends.
* Submit EOD report


**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:**

* Proficiency in using HUBSPOT CRM is a MUST.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
* Favourable candidates should possess a British accent. (Not required but a big factor to be shortlisted)
* Strong organisational skills to manage sales and client interactions effectively.
* A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues, medical professionals, and educators.
* A motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for education and healthcare.
* Proven experience in sales, particularly in an educational or medical context.
* Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to building new relationships.
* Comfortable with in-person and digital communication channels.
