Potential Tasks
*Answering enquires
*Booking in viewings
*Progressing tenancies
*Booking in certificates and contractors
*Handling landlord and tenant enquires
*Any other duties deemed necessary to support Lettings & Property Management activities
Skills and Competencies
-People oriented
-Attention to detail and meticulous is a must
-Two years of excellence in providing outstanding customer service as a VA
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Confidence in handling difficult conversations
-Experienced in dispute resolution and problem solving
-Previous Transaction/ Listing/ leasing coordination experience is preferred but not required
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel, CRM and project management tools
