The Role (UI/UX Web Designer)

We're seeking a passionate and driven UI/UX Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll transform user needs into visually appealing and highly functional web experiences. If you excel at understanding user behaviour, have a knack for design trends, and love a collaborative environment, this position could be a great fit.

- Conceptualize and create intuitive web interfaces based on user research and established design principles.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4000 hours (approximately 2 years) of demonstrated UI/UX Web Design experience.
- Robust portfolio showcasing a range of successful web design projects.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Canva, and Figma.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably from Australia.
- Familiarity with current design trends and how they relate to user experience.
