Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Graphic Designer at Croak Capital, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces and engaging graphic designs for our digital platforms. You will collaborate with our product development and marketing teams to create visually appealing and intuitive designs that enhance user experience and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the product development team to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with a proven track record of improving user engagement and conversion rates.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong knowledge of web and mobile design standards, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Professional written and spoken English.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field is preferred.
