UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help us with our projects.

Dispenza has quickly become one of the largest marketing agencies in the rapidly-growing emerging market of cannabis as it quickly legalizes state by state in the Americas. As the market matures, we are on a mission to help change how the market operates, leaving the more questionable activities done by current market leaders and emerge as the first marketing agency and platform that values our customers while simultaneously delivering business-changing results to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a deep understanding of human-computer interaction, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* User Research: Conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
* Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to illustrate design concepts and functionality.
* User Interface Design: Develop visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
* Information Architecture: Organize and structure content to optimize usability, ensuring logical flow and navigation.
* Interaction Design: Define and design interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging and seamless user-experiences.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
* Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
* Stay Current with Design Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design and other design related experience.
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

COMPENSATION
Compensation ranges from $900 - $1100/month, depending on experience and certifications/qualifications.

SCHEDULE
* 8 hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time.
* Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
