We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who can fulfil the following responsibilities:

-Develop user-centered designs by comprehending business requirements and incorporating user feedback.
-Construct user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts effectively.
-Translate requirements into comprehensive style guides, design systems, and design patterns, ensuring visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces.
-Design various UI elements, including input controls, navigational components, and informational elements, to enhance user interaction and experience.
-Produce original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables, to complement the overall design aesthetic.
-Identify and address UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability, through meticulous troubleshooting and problem-solving.
-Collaborate seamlessly with product owners, development teams, and management to ensure alignment on design objectives and project requirements.
-Integrate feedback and usability findings into design iterations, continuously enhancing the user experience and interface usability.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
-MUST Have at least 5-year minimum experience in UI/UX
-Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
-Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design concepts.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
