UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer with expertise in UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading all aspects of UI/UX design, ensuring that our designs not only align with modern trends and best practices but also fit seamlessly with the unique needs and characteristics of the travel and tourism industry. Collaborating closely with the Design Director, they will ensure that design elements such as color schemes, typography, and imagery not only adhere to modern trends but also resonate with the target audience within the travel and tourism sector. This role will be instrumental in translating client requirements into visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly website designs that truly reflect the essence of travel and tourism experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Design Director to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience demographics.
- Translate client requirements and business objectives into compelling website designs that adhere to UI/UX best practices, focusing on delivering fully colored mockups for development.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and fully colored mockups to visualize website layouts and functionalities.
- Oversee the design direction to ensure that the color schemes, site structure, and overall design align with modern trends and industry standards.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve website designs for optimal user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of design elements and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance skills and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ability to work United States Pacific Standard Time hours. 7:30am - 5pm PST.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer with expertise in UI/UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of fully colored mockups and UI/UX design principles, particularly for websites.
- Experience in conducting UX research and analysis, and implementing findings to enhance website usability and user experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD and other Adobe design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and fully colored mockups.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and responsive design principles.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing websites for clients in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
