Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at M-Power Solutions, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about creating aesthetically pleasing designs but also has a strong understanding of user experience principles. In addition to traditional design skills, the candidate must be proficient in translating designs into various site builders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and user expectations.
3. Implement and maintain design consistency across various platforms and devices.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
5. Ensure seamless integration of designs into site builders.
6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
-Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
-Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience in implementing designs into site builders (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify) is essential.


Other Conditions:
-Ability to work on a graveyard shift (8hrs/day)
