Twitter/X Specialist - Web3, Crypto & NFT

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Person specialising in Web3, Cryptocurrency, and NFTs to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about the latest trends in blockchain technology and digital assets, with a keen understanding of Twitter's platform. Although specific training and guidance will be provided, the ideal candidate will come equipped with a foundational understanding of social media strategies and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that includes the creation of relevant and engaging content tailored to our Web3, Crypto, and NFT audience. This includes Upgrade to see actual infos, informational posts, and industry news updates.

List Building: Upgrade to see actual info Twitter's list feature to create organise and monitor key accounts within the Web3, Crypto, and NFT space, ensuring we remain at the forefront of relevant discussions and trends.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with other Twitter/X users. Thoughtfully craft 20-30 replies daily to targeted accounts to build relationships and foster an engaging community atmosphere.

Content Calendar Management: Create a weekly content calendar that outlines all planned posts, engagements, and strategic initiatives. This calendar will be developed following initial training and will be continuously refined to align with our evolving marketing strategies.

Quality Content Curation: Regularly save and screenshot high-quality content related to Web3, Crypto, and NFTs for internal reference and inspiration. This includes innovative strategies, viral content, and competitor activities.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise engagement and growth.

Requirements
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience managing social media accounts with a strong understanding of Twitter's platform. Extensive knowledge of Web3, Cryptocurrency, and NFTs is essential. Experience in the space is far more beneficial than degrees.

Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including Upgrade to see actual infos and graphics, tailored to the interests of the crypto and NFT community.

Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft thoughtful and engaging responses to community interactions.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage a content calendar and juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Analytical Skills: Competence in analysing social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on content performance.

Team Collaboration: While this role offers autonomy, collaboration with our marketing team and alignment with our overall strategy is key.

Training & Development
The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training on our specific social media strategies, tools, and platforms. Ongoing guidance will be provided to ensure continuous development and success in the role.
