$1660 USD a month up to Salary/ $5.00 USD per hour + monthly sales bonus

Position: Full-time (45 hours a week *flexible)
Working hours: 9 am EST- 7 pm EST Monday - Friday *flexible

- Monthly Commission-based Bonus for the following month:
- Tier 0: 0~4 sales made in the previous month, 0 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month $5 per hour
+$0 bonus
- Tier 1: 5 sales made in the previous month, 10 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month $5.50 per hour
+$100 bonus
- Tier 2: 10 sales made in the previous month, 20 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month $6 per hour
+$200 bonus
- Tier 3: 20 sales made in the previous month, 40 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month $7 per hour
+$400 bonus

Is Tier 3 achievable? Yes, our average goal is 48 sales per month.

Job description:

Connect with clients through phone calls, text and email. Find the cruise itinerary that fits the interests and preferences of the clients. Give expert recommendations and book cruises on the phone. Assist clients during and after their cruise trip. Other related travel booking will be added to your role in a later date.

Qualifications required:

1. English-speaking skill and writing skill close to native English speakers.
2. Strategic thinking. Understand what clients want, give decent recommendations and be able to sell cruise bookings.
3. One-year experience with cruise or travel.
4. Two-year sales experience.
5. Access to steady internet, computer, and noise-cancellation headset.
6. As a remote job, you should feel comfortable that we will monitor your computer for work efficiency and evaluate your work based on it.
7. Ability to learn and follow instructions.
