Our team is expanding and we are seeking for Transaction Coordinator with experience using KVCore to join us and who have worked for a Real Estate Company.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain listings on KVCore, ensuring accuracy and completeness of property information
Coordinate transaction paperwork, including contracts, disclosures, and addendums, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient transactions
Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing activities
Provide administrative support to agents, including data entry, file management, and documentation preparation
Assist with marketing activities in the social media

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry
Proficiency in using KVCore or similar real estate transaction management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation
