We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who have worked for a Real Estate Company as a Transaction Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
Regularly update & facilitate communication effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
Other VA tasks includes calendar management and conducting research.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience in a Real Estate Company is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
