What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: Earn a guaranteed hourly rate of $6-$8, plus generous bonuses ranging from $100-$200 for each signed listing/buyer contract originating from your appointments.

Your Role:

As a pivotal member of our appointment setting team, you'll:

Convert leads into appointments, fostering long-term client relationships.
Manage extensive lead follow-ups and database updates, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Embrace accountability, consistently achieving goals and meeting benchmarks.
Engage in proactive prospecting, setting up property searches, and promptly responding to client inquiries.
Schedule:

Full-time, 40+ hours/week.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST, with scheduled breaks and lunch.
Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years of experience in real estate appointment setting or as an executive assistant, with a proven track record of generating in-person appointments.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Chime/Lofty, Follow Up Boss, or Boomtown. Training provided for the right candidate.
Exceptional communication skills, with a strong, clear phone presence and minimal accent.
A team player, ready to commit exclusively to Gold Peach Realty, with a willingness to use time tracking software for payroll accuracy.
