TikTok Shop Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join the team. You will play a key role in supporting our TikTok Shop clients, focusing on the following tasks:

•Influencer & Affiliate Scouting: Find new creators daily for both gifted, paid, and affiliate partnerships
•Promotions: Creating coupons and shipping discounts in TikTok Shop
•Catalog management: Assisting with TikTok Shop listings and ensuring products are active and accurate on a daily basis
•Listing Optimizations: Regularly update and refine TikTok product listings for improved visibility and sales
•Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
•Account Health Monitoring: Keep a close eye on account health issues and take proactive steps to address them.
•Competitor Research: Analyze competitors to develop strategies for market dominance.
•Ad-hoc Tasks: Willingly take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the team.

Must be willing to work 3-4 hours per day during 12 AM - 9 AM PHT (Philippine Time) to align with 8 AM - 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)

Requirements:
•3-5 years’ experience with influencer and affiliate programs.
•Strong organization, research and analytical skills.
•Excellent communication skills in English.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
•Access to a reliable internet connection and a working computer.
•Experienced with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon a big plus
