Job Title: TikTok Ads Manager

Role Overview:
Our innovative digital marketing agency specializes in cutting-edge social advertising, with a primary focus on TikTok Ads. We are actively seeking both junior and senior TikTok Ads Managers to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for candidates who are not only experts in managing TikTok advertisements. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in lead generation strategies, particularly within the mortgage broker or real estate sectors.

Responsibilities:
TikTok Ads Management:
Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive TikTok advertising campaigns.
Remain ahead of trends on TikTok, leveraging platform-specific features for campaign success.
Lead Generation and Client Focus:
Create robust lead generation campaigns, specifically avoiding e-commerce-centric strategies.
Leverage past experience or acumen in handling real estate or mortgage broker clients to drive their lead acquisition processes.
Ad Copy and Creative Collaboration:
Actively participate in the creative process by contributing to ad copy and design elements.
Ensure content alignment with client brand voice and campaign Upgrade to see actual infompaign Optimization and Strategy:
Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Confidently suggest and execute campaign pivots to enhance underperforming ads.
AI Utilization and Learning:
Employ or learn to incorporate AI tools in campaign enhancement.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in the digital ad Upgrade to see actual infomunication and Collaboration:
Available for consistent interaction with the team during hours overlapping with the US (Central Time), ensuring smooth cross-geographical collaboration.
Contribute positively to team discussions and strategy sessions.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
For junior candidates: 1-2 years of intensive experience with TikTok ads.
For senior candidates: 3-4 years of demonstrated expertise in managing complex ad campaigns in TikTok.

Skills & Proficiencies:
Robust knowledge of the TikTok platform, including current trends, user behavior, and content strategies.
Solid background in lead generation campaigns outside the e-commerce sector.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make informed decisions.
Personal Attributes:
Proactive learner with an interest in AI as it applies to digital advertising.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with a team.
Creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy and visuals.

Timezone: United States; Central time

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week

Junior Rate: $690 AUD per month, plus a $30 AUD incentive for complete attendance
Senior Rate: $758 AUD per month, plus a $30 AUD incentive for complete attendance

TikTok Ads Management Portfolio: This person needs to have screenshots of the results they have been able to get for previous clients, and bonus points if they can do Loom recordings of the current accounts they are handling (sensitive information can be blurred out).
