TikTok Ads

We are looking for a TikTok Ads Specialist who understands how to create TikTok Ads and optimize the Ads accordingly.
This is a HUGE opportunity for the right individual.
Job is commission-based ONLY, with a 10% commission on the Gross Sales, paid out to you every 15 days.
The individual would have to use their own TikTok account and Ad account, as well as spend their own money for Ads.
The 10% commission will cover both the Ad spend and will generate for the person an unlimited amount of profit, based on the Ad spend and the Revenue.

There will also be quarterly bonuses based on performance.

You should be able to know how to create videos on your own, with the help of AI or with your own softwares. Video Ads produce the best results.
Work hours are flexible.
This is a performance job, not hourly or salary, and you only get paid based on your performance.
