ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be required to perform remote work to troubleshoot and repair:
• Computers, Laptops, and Servers
• Firewalls, Switches and other Networking equipment

This position would be required to configure and deploy any of the devices listed above. The deployment of the devices will be done following a set procedure. If there is not a procedure, this position will be required to create one.
Tools that will be used to complete the job
1. Autotask PSA – Ticket tracking and time tracking
2. IT Glue – Documentation and procedures
3. Datto RMM – Remote management and monitoring tool
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
5 Years of Job-related experience or a degree in Information Technology and certifications
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Windows Operating systems. Understand of Active Directory and / or MS Azure AD. The ability to communicate what is being worked on or accomplished in the tasks at hand is a must.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This job is a service industry job, meaning that it will be customer facing and appearance and communication skills are regarded as the highest priority.
