Thumbnail / Title - Designer, Tester

I run a Youtube Channel about AUpgrade to see actual info at Sea

I need to find a great Thumbnail / Title - Designer and Tester. This is a full time contract.

You will need to be able to come up with ideas for titles and thumbnails and then design the thumbnail.

You will also need to continuously test all existing thumbnails and titles to learn and increase the views based on the tests.

You will need to have thumbnail design experience and have worked in a Youtube channel making thumbnails and titles.

Your design skills need to be making realistic looking scenes.

You will need to be able to work using Adobe Photoshop.
