Thumbnail Designer for Nostalgia YouTube Channels

I’m looking for someone that has extensive knowledge of youtube and is able to create amazing concepts and ideas quickly for our yt channels.

ESSENTIAL: You need Photoshop/Affinity Photo AND Midjourney, Leonardo or other AI image generator knowledge in order to execute some of the concepts.??I need you to understand the psychology behind why someone clicks, what a thumbnail concept is, the CTR meaning and color theory. For each thumbnail I need 3 variations.

We’re currently publishing 3 videos / week / channel, so you’ll have to deliver a total of 6 thumbnails (each with 3 variations) each week, so that would be a total of 24 thumbnails x 3 variations (total 72 images) each month. I can pay $4/thumbnail.

I will give you the title and a concept we need to reinterpret and apply to our topic. You’ll have to check if thumbnail meets youtube guidelines via this link (Upgrade to see actual info).

If you have past experience with this type of work, and would like to collaborate on this project, please attach your best images to your application. I’ll also ask for a 1 thumbnail design sample writing based on a title/concept
