Safe Space is a fast-growing mental healthtech start-up based in Singapore. We’re a B2B2C digital mental healthcare provider that provides not only fast & discreet access to clinical therapy services, bubt coaching and mental health education.

Since COVID-19, we have seen an increase in both users and therapists applying to be on our platform and we need to support and onboard them.

We need a community manager to act as a catalyst through building relationships with our audiences that enable them to act together for the common good of their clients, and create more resilient communities.

As our Community management team, your role would be to increase engagement within our community of clients, volunteers, counsellors, and partners. If you’re looking to learn effective community engagement skills and to make a difference we invite you to join our team!

Do you enjoy organizing online events? Have you ever wanted to try managing and building a community for a brand? If you answered yes to the above, here’s your chance to do just that! We’re currently looking for someone who is competent in creating community-centered content and organizing activities and events to build a community for our brand.

Responsibilities
Support founding team in planning and executing a cohesive series of engagement and education programmes for counsellors.
Support founding team in developing a timeline and budget for programmes.
Liaise with the founding team and necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, volunteers, counsellors, and partners.
Support with other general and programme-related administrative and logistics duties.
Identifies community assets and resources
Listens widely to junior and experienced counsellors of all backgrounds within the community to understand more about their lives, needs and how they feel about their community Identifies community assets and resources
Identifies and encourages counsellors who are natural connectors and natural leaders within the community
Advocates for the counsellor community or under-represented aspects of the community
Actively markets and promotes the Safe Space programmes within counsellor community
Manage community forum through email, Facebook, Telegram or Upgrade to see actual info


Requirements
Upgrade to see actual info with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and multi-task.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to connect and communicate with people from different backgrounds
Experience with arts programming or events is a plus.
Experience organising and facilitating educational or community engagement programming is a plus (training will be provided)

People are listened to and engaged
Increased activity is happening within the community
Counsellors and counsellor groups are being linked creating a more connected community
Personal, team and programme objectives are met.




Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Diploma in Counselling, Health & Wellness desired
