Temporary Part-time Bookkeeper for UK Company - Maternity Cover

We are a UK based training provider looking for a skilled and experienced bookkeeper to work 15 hours per week to work alongside our Finance Assistant to share cover for our current bookkeeper while she is on maternity leave. The role will be for up to four months to allow for training and handover.

Essential skills and experience:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
Strong attention to detail
1-2 years minimum of experience with Xero
Experience in UK accounting
Effective handling of accounts payable and expenses
Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting processes
Familiarity with general ledger management and month-end closing procedures
Ability to quickly adapt to various online platforms
